Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
-Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging with tags intact.
-Non-returnable items: Products damaged due to misuse.
-Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
How to Initiate a Return

2) Approval & Instructions: After approval, we’ll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions, including the return address.
3) Return Shipping: Use a trackable shipping method and mark the RA number on the package.
Note: We are not responsible for lost or delayed returns sent without tracking.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective item, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll help you get a replacement or refund.
Cancellations
-Orders can be canceled within 24 hours if they have not been shipped.
-Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, and the return process applies.

Undeliverable PackagesIf a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the package.
